RETURNS/SHIPPING
RETURNS: returns are accepted for store credit only if returned within 14 business days from the date it was delivered.
- Discounted and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
-To complete your return, your receipt is required. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an order over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Email shophoneythreads22@gmail.com for address so you can ship your item. You must fill out and send the return packing slip with your return. This slip will be attached to the order form.
SHIPPING: Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. Delivery estimate dependent on method of shipping chosen at time of purchase. Regardless of what shipping method you choose, we still process and ship orders in the timeframe listed above. As of right now, we do not ship worldwide. Honey Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.
