RETURNS: returns are accepted for store credit only if returned within 14 business days from the date it was delivered.

SHIPPING: Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. Delivery estimate dependent on method of shipping chosen at time of purchase. Regardless of what shipping method you choose, we still process and ship orders in the timeframe listed above. As of right now, we do not ship worldwide. Honey Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided.
